Historique :
Une chanson traditionnelle désormais connue de tous et interprètée par de nombreux groupes, dont en France le groupe Tri Yann. Elle est devenue très populaire dans les années 60 grace au prolifique groupe irlandais The Clancy Brothers, composé des trois frères Clancy et de Tommy Maken.
